Our journey began when we realized the pressing demand for high-quality potable ethanol in Zambia. As we delved into the situation, it became evident that the country heavily relied on imported Extra Neutral Alcohol (ENA) to create potable ethanol, but the quality of these imports has been frustratingly inconsistent and unpredictable, leaving a void in the market, demanding a local producer of premium-quality ethanol. Determined to make a difference, we embraced the challenge and embarked on establishing a molasses-based distillery with a capacity of 70KLPD in Zambia. Our goal? To proudly produce locally-sourced, premium-grade ethanol that would fill this crucial gap in the market.
